Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict return policy outlined below.

Eligibility for Return

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds to prevent excessive returns.

  • Pre-orders, on-sale items, and exclusive models are non-refundable and non-cancelable once placed.


Manufacturer Damage & Defects

If your item arrives damaged or defective due to a manufacturer issue, we offer a 3-day window from the date of delivery to report the issue.

To qualify for a replacement:

  • Contact us at [email protected] within 3 days of receiving the item.

  • Provide clear photos and a video showing the defect or damage.

  • The item must be returned in its original, unused condition with all packaging.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping, insurance, and packaging costs.

  • We do not cover return shipping expenses.

  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments; customers should use a tracked and insured shipping method.

Replacements & Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship a replacement within 3 business days, subject to availability.

  • If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued excluding the original shipping cost.

Loss & Claim Policy

If your package is lost or damaged while in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

  • Refunds for lost or damaged parcels will only be issued based on the amount successfully recovered from the carrier.

  • We are not liable for additional compensation beyond what the courier reimburses.

  • All claims must be reported within 1 week from the shipment date.

Cancellations

  • If your order has not yet shipped, you may cancel it.

  • A 20% cancellation fee may apply to cover processing costs.

International Returns

  • We currently do not accept international returns.
