By placing a pre-order for any SQ Wings product, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Pre-Order Status & Availability
Pre-order items are not currently in stock and may not have a guaranteed Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) to our warehouse.
Arrival dates, if provided, are subject to change without notice due to manufacturing or shipping delays beyond our control.
Order Priority
All pre-orders are processed and fulfilled in the order they are received. Customers with pre-orders will receive priority allocation once the item arrives in stock.
Payment
Pre-orders must be paid in full at the time of placing the order unless otherwise stated.
Your payment secures your place in line for the product but does not guarantee a specific delivery date.
Cancellations & Refunds
Pre-orders can be canceled by the customer for a full refund at any time prior to the product being marked as “in stock.”
Once the item is in stock and your order is processed for shipment, it is subject to our standard return policy.
Inventory Limits
Inventory for pre-orders is limited. In the rare event we are unable to fulfill your pre-order due to manufacturer or distributor shortages, a full refund will be issued.
Shipping
Once the pre-ordered item arrives and is processed, standard shipping timelines will apply.
You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order has been dispatched.
Product Changes
Product images and descriptions provided at the time of pre-order are based on manufacturer previews and are subject to change prior to release.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delays or failures in fulfillment caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, or manufacturing issues.
If your item arrives damaged or defective due to a manufacturer issue, we offer a 3-day window from the date of delivery to report the issue. You will have to submit clear photos and a video.
If your package is lost or damaged while in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New York/ Nassau County.
