As well as others, I was skeptical taking a chance being a first time buyer from a new website as well as brand of models. (SQ Wings) however, I came to realize that not only is 5 Towns great and have amazing customer support, the SQ Models are now my new favorites and I collect everything from Gemini, JC, Inflight, B-Models, Jfox, and Aviation 200 and the level of detail tops ALL of those. Absolutely shocked and will be ordering from here from now on for my new SQ Models collection.

I am an aircraft model collector who has been collecting Models in various scales for nearly 20 years. I recently purchased the SQ Wings XB-70 and SQ Wings Lufthansa 747-8. First off, one of the models was in stock while the other was on pre order. 5 Towns immediately reached out to me after my purchase and offered to ship the in stock XB-70 separate from the pre order model so I wouldn’t have to wait. I’ve purchased from many different retailers over the years and never once was offered that option , even if I asked other retailers wouldn’t accommodate. This is where I first realized that 5towns goes above and beyond for its customers. The level of communication and customer service they provide is truly unmatched, so if that’s what you’re looking for then 5 Towns is the place to go. I look forward to doing much more business with 5 towns in the future.
